Welcome to Church of the Harbor!…thank you so much for stopping by our site. We are a brand new church and we are thrilled to be part of the Baltimore community, and we’re excited to call Baltimore home.

Speaking of home, we believe that church isn’t about a building…rather, it’s a group of Christ-followers coming together for the sake of learning, growing, and loving & encouraging one another.

And don’t get us wrong, it’s not about where we meet. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with meeting is a spectacular cathedral, or in a modern church building, or a warehouse, or coffee house, or anywhere for that matter. What matters is that people find a place to belong and ultimately find a home is Jesus.

Currently, our primary Gathering takes place in Essex, and we’re looking to begin gatherings in other communities very soon. If you live in or near Essex, we hope you will join us for one of our Gatherings…find a place to use your gifts, have your kids enjoy our Kids Ministry, and roll up your sleeves and serve the community alongside us.
